STARTUP CAMBODIA SINSIGHT 2023

What is this book about?

Startup Cambodia Insight 2023 is a report on Cambodia's startup ecosystem produced under the Startup Cambodia National Program; its disclaimer page names the Ministry of Economy and Finance, Techo Startup Center and Startup Cambodia. Most of its data comes from the Startup Cambodia Digital Platform, supplemented by rapid surveys and contributions from ecosystem actors, and was last updated in December 2023. The report explains the national program and the digital platform, then presents the ecosystem through numbers, including 177 startups, 65 mentors and approximately 22.6 billion riels invested and granted. Later sections profile startups, such as the agritech ventures Angkor SALAD, DamDoh and FlexFloc, then programs, events, mentors, investors and stakeholders, ending with a guide to creating a platform profile. Lecturers and student teachers can use it as a reference on entrepreneurship in Cambodia. It can be read online and downloaded free of charge.
