Digital Literacy Fundamental is an English-language training textbook for Cambodian teachers and teacher trainees, written by an author committee with faculty advisors from Korea National University of Education. Its preface links the book to the digital education goal set by the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport and asks only for a basic level of skill that can be used on the job. Part 1, ICT Basic, covers using a computer and managing files, typing Khmer Unicode, the OpenOffice Writer, Calc and Impress programs, the Internet and Gmail, cloud computing, and Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides and Forms. Part 2 deals with media and information literacy, including its 5 elements, understanding media and working with audio. Lessons proceed step by step and include review questions, suiting both a training course and self-study. It runs to 517 pages and can be downloaded free of charge.
