About
MOM Channa has been a dedicated public servant with the Cambodian Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport since 2018, after completing a year of pedagogy at the National Institute of Education (NIE). From 2022 to the present he has served as a Mathematics lecturer at Phnom Penh Teacher Education College (PTEC). Before coming to PTEC he taught mathematics at Hun Sen Chrey Thom High School for four years. In his current capacity he oversees the library in PTEC's Department of Educational Research and Library, part of the Faculty of Pedagogy and Research. He earned a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Svay Rieng University in 2017 and a Master's degree in Mathematics from the Royal University of Phnom Penh (RUPP) in 2025. His skills include mathematics, the Koha and PMB library systems, and Dewey Decimal Classification, and his research interests are applied statistics and probability.
