About
NOUM Viradette is a teacher trainer. She earned her Bachelor's degree from the Royal University of Phnom Penh (RUPP), focusing on French Language for Education. She works at Phnom Penh Teacher Education College (PTEC) in the Department of Educational Research and Library. In her role as a librarian, she manages the college's library resources, making sure that student teachers and lecturers have easy access to important teaching books, curriculum guides, and research materials. Beyond her daily library work, she actively helps and guides students to find and use information correctly. By keeping the library active and well stocked, she turns it into more than a place for books: a space where future teachers gain the knowledge and skills they need to succeed in their own classrooms. Her interests include education, information science, pedagogy, and information technology.
