EduTech Roadmap

What is this book about?

EduTech Roadmap is Cambodia's national roadmap for educational technology, published as an eBook in 2022 by the Ministry of Industry, Science, Technology & Innovation (MISTI) and endorsed by the National Council of Science, Technology & Innovation. Its acknowledgement explains that it was first developed in October 2021 by a research team from the Cambodia University of Technology and Science (CamTech) with MISTI and South Korea's Science and Technology Policy Institute (STEPI). The roadmap reviews Cambodia's educational context, including PISA-D results and learning lost during COVID-19, projects demand for education, enrolment and teachers, and links EduTech to national innovation policy. It then maps technologies across four pillars, from essentials such as electricity, computers and the internet to school management systems and courseware such as online learning platforms. Planners, school leaders and teacher educators can use it to understand national priorities for technology in schools. It is free to read and download.
