Dr. LEK Chumnor is Deputy Head of the Department of Educational Research and Library at PTEC, a member of the National Council for Khmer Language at the Royal Academy of Cambodia, and Vice-President of the Khmer Writers Association.

About
Dr. LEK Chumnor is a Cambodian educator, researcher, writer, typographer, and editor with extensive experience in educational administration and literature. He currently serves as Deputy Head of the Department of Educational Research and Library at PTEC and is a member of the National Council for Khmer Language at the Royal Academy of Cambodia. He holds a Doctorate in Educational Administration from Thailand and is an international laureate of the S.E.A. Write Award and Mekong River Literature Award.
Responsibilities
- Executive deputy management and educational research supervision
- Coordinating teacher education, pedagogical training, and curriculum development
- Supporting library publications, Khmer language resources, and archival projects
- Advising on research methodology, academic editing, and typography standards
