VONG Savoeun has established a distinguished academic foundation through his studies at the Cambodian University for Specialties. He completed a Bachelor of Arts in English and Literature, which gave him linguistic expertise and a deep appreciation for literary analysis, and then advanced his professional qualifications by earning a Master of Educational Science from the same institution. This combination of literary proficiency and advanced pedagogical knowledge positions him as a highly capable professional within the field of education. In his capacity as a teacher educator within the Department of Educational Research and Library, he plays a pivotal role in shaping the pedagogical competencies of future educators. He specialises in teaching educational research methodology, with a particular focus on Action Research, empowering student teachers to bridge the gap between theoretical frameworks and classroom practice. Beyond his instructional duties, he serves as a dedicated supervisor, leading and mentoring student teachers through the process of conducting their own action research projects. By fostering critical reflection and systematic inquiry, he ensures that his students are equipped with the analytical tools necessary to improve educational outcomes in their future teaching environments.
