About
LENG Socheat is a lecturer in the Department of Educational Research and Library at PTEC. He holds two Master’s degrees in Educational Management from the National Institute of Education and in Economics from the National University of Management. He currently teaches research courses at PTEC and contributes to institutional development, teaching and learning processes, and the integration of technology in education.
