About
Dr. NHOR Sanhei is a trainer in the Department of Educational Research and Library at Phnom Penh Teacher Education College (PTEC). His educational expertise covers ESL/EFL, bilingual education, teacher education, educational leadership, and educational technology (EdTech). He frequently publishes and researches strategies to improve teaching and learning outcomes in Cambodia, and serves on technical committees as a reviewer for publications and conferences including Middle School Journal, the Journal of Education and Training (USA), the ICRRD Quality Index Research Journal (Malaysia), and the International Conference on Information Management and Processing (ICIMP, UK).
