Introduction to Computer is an introductory computer science textbook written for those preparing to teach ICT subjects in secondary schools. Its credits page names a project management committee and an author committee, with faculty advisors from Korea National University of Education. The 12 chapters move from the concrete to the abstract: information encoding and data storage, computer architecture and mathematics for computing, operating systems, networking and the Internet, algorithms and programming languages, data abstractions and databases (including SQL), a software development project, computer graphics, and artificial intelligence.
